Ex-PM Najib and Deputy PM Zahid Hamidi appear to be saying that because many got away with daylight robbery under Mahathir's 22-year Ketuanist Bumiputra era, they too should be allowed to go away quietly into retirement, instead of being publicly prosecuted for 1MDB/SRC's missing RM46 billion and their excessive, unaccountable wealth and probably spend a long time in Bamboo River Resort (to which name I own the copyright!).

Quick as a flash, now MMC-Gamuda has followed suit in warning the government of dire consequences if it went through with terminating them as Project Deliver Partner (PDP) for the underground portion of the RM16.71 Billion MRT2 contract. Does this false bravado have anything to do with the fact that a member of the Perak Royalty is both a director and shareholder of Gamuda?

The thieves, the plunderers, the toll highway robbers, the IPP mafia, the water pilferers and others have all started attacking the PH government, not for thievery and corruption, but for trying to rein in inflated public works contracts and to stop the bleeding. They have taken the cue from UMNO, Najib and Zahid. Bluff and counter bluff have been followed with UMNO's unprincipled credo - attack is the best form of defence.

But MMC-Gamuda is fooling no one. It was appointed Project Delivery Partner (PDP) by Najib via direct-nego, NOT through OPEN TENDER!

The fact that MMC-Gamuda so readily agreed to reduce the MRT2 price from RM16.71 billion to RM14.58 billion (12.75%) AFTER Tony Pua and Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng appointed an independent engineering consultant to sift through the numbers, tells us everything. There is an indication now that in fact the underground portion of the MRT2 contract could possibly be reduced by a staggering RM5.79 billion or 35%.

It is of course a well-known fact that under Bijan, the price of public works contracts could be artificially inflated to either facilitate "donations" to UMNO/BN and/or reduce 1MDB's humongous debts. Najib's (now cancelled by the PH govt) $55 billion ECRL contract had been gassed up with RM30 billion of fictitious scope of works. Much earlier, in 2002, the RM7.5 billion Scorpene Submarines contract had been primed with a RM 575 million fictitious "co-ordination and support services" fee.

So, to hell with MMC-Gamuda! Let the MoF terminate this ridiculously and obscenely priced contract and get a new one in place through Open Tender. I am for it even if it means a higher MRT2 price as it will put crooks and thieves in jail.

I assure you, 20,000 people will not lose their jobs, nor the KLSE crash if MMC-Gamuda were to be taken to the cleaners and shut down permanently. The Dow Jones did not sink into oblivion because Enron folded up or when USA was reeling under the US$700 billion sub-prime crisis. So, we must recognise MMC-Gamuda threatening Tony Pua/LGE and MoF for what it is - the empty words of those caught with their pants down and trying to pull a fast one on us.

MMC-Gamuda should also be taken to task for playing the racist Bumiputra card, while saying nothing or caring for non-Bumis who might lose their jobs. This was surely to stir up the hornet's nest among the natives!

So, Tony Pua, Lim Guan Eng, MOF and the PH government, you have been too kind to MMC-Gamuda. Give us the cue and we will march with you to MMC and Gamuda's HQ and tear down their walls to confiscate all those incriminating files and documents. You have the power, use it especially as it will be for honesty, truth and justice. The Rakyat will back you all the way.

Public companies which have risen and prospered largely through  multi-billion ringgit public works direct-nego contracts financed by the Taxpayer, and who are ungrateful, should be taught a severe lesson for trying to hold us to ransom!

Oh God, how could Maha Firaun Kutty have been so naive as to have been sucker punched by, of all persons, that Goondu from Marudu, that corpulent blubbery porcine greasy, squealing, oily fat pig, Pandi? It was THE sting of 2015!

This tells us two things. One, Maha Firaun Kutty is definitely past his shelf-life and well into the winter years of senility. He should be volunteered (since he's senile, obviously, he cannot volunteer of his own accord) to be put out to pasture, whiling his last days contemplating how, when he meets them in the after-life, he is going to explain to his father and ancestors from Kerala, India, this thing about trying to con all the people all the time, including himself, that he is an alien from the planet of the "Con-stitutional Bumiputra" and not an Indian.

Two, it demonstrates once again that new BUMNO/SCUMNO politicians thrive and excel in that stinking  black hole of toxic ooze and slimy sewerage of  politics, the Parliament Pig Pen. Only these dirty denizens of filth can prosper there since conniving, cunning and conning are their most cherished of human qualities. All new BUMNO/SCUMNO Parliamentarians under PM Grossmajib who wears the pants and her husband who wears the skirts, have a 4.0 GPA and Ph.D (doctorate) in these traits. 

It's no coincidence that most of them also have fake degrees, usually in Religious Studies, Human Resource or the favourite, Public Affairs and Administration, from world-famous learning centres like Havoxbridge University College School, Black Wood Hills (Bukit Kayu Hitam). That also explains why our education standards and top Unis are said to be exceedingly fine AND superior, other-worldly, featuring nowhere as they do in any known global listing of any repute.

The facts are simple and straightforward. The gelatinous Pandi is close to retirement. True to the identikit of new BUMNO/SCUMNO, where thievery is the common true culture, he probably has "retirement savings" of a paltry $10 million and a $5 million bungalow house sitting on 20,000 sq. ft. of prime land. This, by the new BUMNO/SCUMNO standards set by the $10 billion Grossmajibs, places Pandi in the pauper category. There could be no greater insult. In new BUMNO/SCUMNO, bull shit talks, enabling the party faithful and loyal to walk away with at least $50 million within a duration of 1 term in office; Pandi was approaching two, with seemingly, only his fast withering member in his hand.

Pandi, who only squeals when PM Grossmajib squeezes his lard-laden bottom, is Speaker of the Parliament Pig Pen. For over 5 years, he has been blocking every decent motion for proper debate tabled by the Opposition, such as denying them the right to pose legitimate question to PM Grossmajib on hot items like the $46 billion debt-laden 1GDB, on the grounds that it might be asking the PM to actually engage his amorphous brain and give an opinion.

Why, that wheel-chaired pendatang (immigrant) non-Bumiputra woman politician who jumped ship in Perak alone is said to be worth $30 million. To retire on measly $10 million petty cash? Wobbly breasted Pandi would never live it down in the ulus of Marudu. He might as well commit suicide or be BBQ'd live. What would his little pink piglets say. Sob!

So, blubber belly Pandi hatched a plan. Quite clever of him actually to have lifted 'The Idiot's Guide to Blackmailing Grossmajib, 1.0' from a former Chief Minister who recently milked Grossmajib for $50 million by threatening to defect to the Opposition with all his fellow MP's. Only thing, Pandi went one better. He conned Maha Firaun Kutty into believing that he would actually be tendering his resignation to PM Grossmajib. He also hinted, nude, nudge, wink, wink, he might spill some beans about the fraud and highway robbery at 1GDB and the Altantuya murder. Maha fell for for it hook, line and sinker; a wee bit of nifty paradigm shafting that Maha himself could admire and be proud of!

Maha Firaun Kutty jumped the gun and announced to the world that Pandi was going to resign, believing that Grossmajib would capitulate and vacate office immediately. But, Pandi was never going to resign from a gaji buta (sinecure) $30,000 a month basic pay Speaker of the Parliament Pig Pen post, even if hell froze over. But, Maha Firaun Kutty's premature ejaculation seizures caused just the right Richter-scale 10 seismic tremors in PM Grossmajib's underpants that Pandi had artfully planned for. His goolies shrunk. Pandi hogged the limelight. "Pandi who?" Obama and Cameron might have hollered, but right there was his 15 minutes of fame.

True to character and form, Grossmajib went crawling on his knees to Pandi, with his customary 'You help me, I help you' cheque book in hand. On the brink of achieving international ignominy by being forced out of office, Grossmajib could not afford to lose the support, no matter how crooked, of Pandi and his cohort MPs and trigger off a vote of no-confidence. 

The Grossmajibs shivered and shook at the thought of  losing the right to freeload at the citizen's expense, of their apparent birthright to fly the brand new $650 million Airforce 1 with 300 relatives and close friends to visit their grandchildren in the near future in Kazakhstan. They broke into cold sweat at the thought of flying commercial airlines, and sitting next to BO stinking riff raff. No  more free $200,000 Birkin handbags gifts for his dear wife, Pendek Kata Hippo, from corpo-rat captains and crony fraudtrepreneurs? It would be the thin end of the wedge, the end of civilization! 

The result? Pandi will continue as Speaker of the Parliament Pig Pen with much renewed enthusiasm, frustrate the Opposition and stuff democracy and Parliament up its rear end. 

The clincher? A brand new $250,000 music-playing tankless auto-deodorising bidet washlet toilet imported specially from Japan, Italian marble flooring and wall to wall wild boar skin tiling and curtains for the office as well. Everyone's heard of negotiating for a golden handshake, but a golden buttshake? Only in Bolihland!

Not far way, the $17 billion budgeted PMO and PM Grossmajib are busting their balls over which totally unneeded new $ multi-billion IPP, Water Treatment Plant, "Marginal Oilfield" giveaway contract or 100-year toll highway project they can con the citizens with, an award to a $2 company owned by the totally no-conflict-of-interest Mrs. Porka, wife of Pandi.

And Maha Firaun Kutty? Egg all over the face, shagged to glory and sodomised by a rank amateur. Played out by a low IQ country bumpkin from the boondocks of East Bolihland. But then, he has only himself to blame. He is the new BUMNO/SCUMNO founder who set the bar low, and then lowered it further. You don't need brains to be indoctrinated into that clique, only lard-laden cunning!

KUGAN - THE COVER UP EXPOSED! THE LIES FLOW GALORE!

Truth, like cream, will eventually rise to the surface, when we are persistent enough in getting to the bottom of any issue. Just about everyone and his uncle Bob knew way back in 2009 that a travesty of justice was about to unfold in the Kugan "sudden death" case at a police station lock up at USJ 10 Taipan, Subang Jaya, which was originally classified as a murder case by the Attorney General!

To recap, Kugan had been arrested for his apparent involvement in an 'international auto theft ring." He had no previous criminal record of any kind and subsequently, the police never produced a shred of evidence to justify arresting him. Nonetheless after several hours of intensive interrogation, Kugan's body was "discovered" lifeless in a holding cell at the police station. It transpired that Kugan had been subjected to a gruelling 24-hour interrogation session by 11 police officers, all of whom were transferred to other jurisdictions shortly after the debacle.

The over-zealousness with which the police officers approached their job indicates they must obviously have laboured under the perception that Kugan's "crimes" were undermining PM Najib's grandiose $Trillion Economic Transformation Project and the economy, more than the PKFZ $12 billion fraud/fiasco or the C4 explosives murder case of Mongolian Altantuya Aminah, and related government/navy procurement of two Scorpene submarines costing some $7.6 billion, and payment of $540 million "facilitation fees" to one, Razak Baginda who had a (confessed to in open court) sexual bigamous affair with Altantuya. One shudders of course at the spate of unsolved murders, rapes and serious crimest that have been "solved", according to a high-up ex-cop, by re-classifying them under new policespeak "non-serious" crime.

Kugan's death came into public focus when the first post mortem conducted by a government doctor was rendered worthless by a second one, undertaken at his family's behest, that revealed he had some 45 serious injuries, scars and bruises on his body. It was clear he died by being brutally beaten up while in police custody.

Recent reports of the testimonies given by police officers at the ongoing $100 million civil suit brought by Kugan's family against the police and government, are startling to say the least. More than that, they are frightening. There can be little doubt rogue elements in the higher echelons of the police force have turned it into a Stalinistic KGB-style Gulag Archipelago! Here are some of the revelations:

1. The lone cop who was charged with causing grievous hurt to Kugan, V. 2. This was further confirmed by his his ex-Supervisor, Loh Voon Chye (now attached to Subang Jaya Criminal Investigations Department). 3. What is also incredible is that Loh claimed he had not noticed the 45 injuries on Kugan's body, which was echoed also by Investigating officer of that case Inspector Faezal Monir!

What is clear though is that a MASSIVE cover up by the police has taken place. Truth, justice and our courts have been stood on their heads. Why? Because Kugan was a nobody office boy, while 11 police officers just HAD to be protected because some suffer from a kind of Ketuanan complex?

This is precisely why the UMNO/BN government has to go for good at GE 13. The can be no revamp of our police force without political will and action. That Najib has failed in reining in the cops is palpably obvious. He fears them more than the citizens, and not without good reason too!

I am not braver than anyone else out there. I too have family, a wife and children and their future to think about.

But every now and then some major issue will emerge that will test your mettle and courage. How you respond to these challenging issues will determine whether you will be be held in any esteem at all by your family, wife, children, friends and acquaintances. It will ascertain whether you continue to walk with your head held high among your peers, or not.

Ask yourself more than anything else, what lessons you are teaching your children. What legacy will you leave behind? If you allow yourself to be trampled over without any resistance, you might as well tell your wife and children to emigrate.

Bersih 3.0 is not just about our dissatisfaction with the machinations of the Election Commission. They have had over ten years to rectify the errors discovered in the electoral roll by the Opposition. CLICK HERE for a brilliant analysis into the shortcomings of the Electoral Roll by Dr.Ong Kian Meng. All the recent changes to the EC Rules are attempts to subvert the Rule of Law, by Rule by Law.

Every time an error is discovered, the EC dismisses it with "it is only 0.00xxx% of the electoral roll." It shows pathetic idiocy reigning at the EC since these errors are discovered at random. Imagine what a full independent audit of the electoral roll will uncover. This point seems to have escaped the EC Chief, but more likely, they are wilfully guilty of maintaining an irregular electoral roll.

Today's breaking news that both the EC Chief and his deputy have been card carrying registered members of UMNO proves once and for all that the EC has not been independent for a very, very long time. The correct presumption is that the EC kow-tows to the whims and fancies of the ruling UMNO/BN government which has been in power since 1957. 

The right to peaceable assembly without arms by citizens is an inalienable right of all Malaysians. An inalienable right means that even if our Constitution is silent on that matter, our rights cannot be reduced one jot by any earthly power, because it is given to us by GOD!

So, we must not allow ourselves to be intimidated by two-faced Ministers for Home Affairs or worse, unelected Mayors, when we have GOD on our side. 

Had Samad Said and Ambiga originally selected Merdeka Stadium as the venue for Bersih 3.0, KL Mayor Ahmad Fuad would have pronounced it out of bounds for "historic" reasons, and suggested they convene in the middle of the jungle to avoid affecting adversely the livelihoods of our oh, so poor petty traders, hawkers and taxi drivers in Masjid India. 

Let us be very clear. OUR elected Minister for Home Affairs has publicly announced that Bersih 3.0 is not a security issue. Therefore, unelected Mayor of Kuala Lumpur, Ahmad Fuad, go suck your fuckin' thumbs, court order or not.

Many may feel that tomorrow's planned gathering of Bersih 3.0 will be a nuisance, an unwelcome disruption to their placid lives. I can only urge and exhort you to get off your posteriors, because if you don't, the day is not far off when you might soon be squatting in some refugee camp in Thailand or Burma, ruing that you did not get up and stand up for your rights. Even if you are afraid, come and stand, even if it is far from the madding crowd. Your mere presence in the vicinity will send a strong signal to the government, unelected mayor of Kuala Lumpur and these Stalinists that we shall not accept their dictatorial ways.

As for me, I shall be at Dataran Merdeka on Saturday 28 April 2012, i.e. tomorrow, come hell or high water. No government shall tell me which colour t-shirts shirts I cannot wear, or an unelected mayor get away with over-ruling a Federal Minister, albeit a two-faced one. 

In any event, I will hold Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak responsible if anything untoward transpires tomorrow, because he has, by continuing to remain silent, confirmed that he has sub-contracted the Nazi Gestapo shenanigans to the dirty tricks brigade at City Hall.

If I am arrested, I won't pay the fine and will signal two fingers if the judge puts me behind bars. There is no way I am going to contribute one cent more than legally necessary to the coffers of one of the most corrupt rogue regimes in modern human history!

An interesting paragraph that drew my attention yesterday was from a blog post at ‘OutSyed The Box’ by blogger and author (of ‘Club of Doom’), Syed Akbar Ali (SAA) who also sits on the board of advisers of Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).

The March 17th 2012 blog post was titled ‘Gag Order Against RPK’ and the startling paragraph was QUOTE: 

“Then this guy Azizan Abu Bakar, the complainant in the first sodomy trial suffered a strange "hit and run" accident where his pregnant wife was killed. The case was not solved. At that time guess who was still the Deputy Prime Minister? All these things happened.” UNQUOTE.

The DPM at that time was, of course, Dato Sri Anwar Ibrahim.

Here’s a rebuttal of SAA’s insinuation by way of an extract from MALAYSIAToday’s ‘THE CORRIDORS OF POWER’ by Raja Petra Kamaruddin (RPK) dated August 3rd 2010:

“A key witness in the trial of Malaysia's sacked finance minister, Anwar Ibrahim, said Tuesday that the former Cabinet minister wasn't involved in the death of the witness' wife earlier this year. Anwar's former driver, Azizan Abu Bakar, told the capital's High Court that his pregnant wife actually died in a car accident in January…..Asked on the recent arrest of Anwar's former family driver Azizan Abu Bakar for khalwat (close proximity), Dr Mahathir said he believed somebody was watching Azizan closely. ''I think all will be done to discredit this witness,'' he said of Azizan, a prosecution witness in the corruption trial of Anwar. (Utusan Malaysia, 20 September 1999).

The man who accused Malaysian ex-deputy premier Anwar Ibrahim of sodomising him was Tuesday jailed by an Islamic court for trying to have sex with a woman, the state news agency Bernama reported. The Islamic court in southern Malacca state jailed Azizan Abu Bakar, 39, for three months and fined him 7,000 ringgit after he pleaded guilty to being in close proximity with Norhayati Saad.

Azizan, the key witness in Anwar's ongoing sodomy trial, also admitted attempting to have illicit sex with Norhayati, it added. Norhayati, a 22 year-old college student whom he married a few days after they were caught, was jailed for three months and fined a total of 6,300 ringgit, the report said. The pair were caught together in a rented house in Malacca this month during a raid by Islamic religious officials and police officers. Islam bans sexual relations outside marriage.”

So, perhaps Syed, you should ask the Prime Minister at that time, Dr. Mahathir Mohamed, the man who started the ball rolling with a police investigation of Anwar, and said QUOTE:  “I think all will be done to discredit this witness.” UNQUOTE, if he knows anything about the death of Azizan’s wife. Surely the good doctor was not implying that Azizan was persuaded to commit khalwat by Anwar or PKR members? 

Justice Ariffin Jaka had pronounced that Azizan was akin to the Rock of Gibraltar in his integrity and honesty and went ahead and convicted Anwar,:

1. Claiming Azizan had the higher moral ground despite him being convicted of committing khalwat during the trial.
2.  Ignoring completely (thrice) Azizan’s numerous backtrackings on the date of the alleged sodomy. 
3. Despite the place (Tivoli Villas) that Azizan claimed the alleged crime was committed, did not exist at that time. 

Rightfully, on appeal, the Federal Court flushed Jaka’s verdict down his honour's toilet!

So Syed, even after Azizan had, under oath, himself exonerated Anwar from any involvement in his wife’s death, you continue to make these dirty insinuations?

But readers may wish to know who Syed Akbar Ali is, and what sterling personal credentials he is able to table to back up these innuendos and insinuations about Anwar.

Let’s go to an extract from Haris Ibrahim’s  ‘People’s Parliament’ blog of July 2nd 2011 titled ‘Syeditious Akbar Ali’:

“Dr M’s chief spin doctor, Syeditious Akbar Ali, who holds that semen is discharged by women, in his post on 15th June, urges the police to arrest Ambiga if she ‘steps out into the street’.….. Syed, of course, has had his own run in with the men in blue. Syed actually alludes to this in an interview with The Star on 6th March, this year. This is what he says of that episode:

‘…I was charged but the case was nothing. I was charged for an anonymous comment on his blog. My comment was on Arabs misbehaving in Bukit Bintang, so I don’t know how seditious that is…'.

Case was nothing, eh, Syed? Syed was charged under section 4(1)(c) of the Sedition Act, 1948. No case against him?

Let me reproduce here for you his comment in full, which he says was nothing. Hehe, nothing, eh Syed?

"In another post, where Syeditious admits to receiving RM3,000 from RPK towards account of the bail he had to pay in his case, he claims that he had wanted to pay the sum back after the charges against him were dropped and the bail money returned to him. This is how he puts it. 

“I did ask Haris Ibrahim that I wanted to return the RM3,000. He just gave me a ‘forget it lah’ type shake of the head.”

 Syeditious is a liar. This never happened.”

As far as I’m aware, Syed has not replied to Haris’s branding him a liar or filed a defamation law suit against him. 

To be fair to Syed, he does write fairly well on a broad range of interesting issues. I agree with him that religion is the bane of man, and should not be allowed to interfere in government, politics, schools and higher institutions of learning. An elderly wise gentleman recently explained to me that the Sanskrit/Tamil word ‘Sanatana-dharma’ means ‘right behaviour’ and if one thinks about it seriously, that’s all the religion mankind really needs.

But, once in a while Syeditious – I love that moniker coined by Haris – lets slip his guard. Then you get to catch a glimpse of some disturbing flashes from the chinks in his armour. In his continuous vilification of Anwar, his demand that Ambiga and Bersih organizers be locked up by the police, that foreigners are plotting regime change in Malaysia, and more, written always in a hysterical tone, suggests something is not quite alright in his make up. More so, from a man who quotes the Koran chapter and verse.

And really Syed, did  Anwar impose any gag order on RPK? Does Anwar own the Skype global forum, or have influence over its organizers? This is the real world, where those who foot the bill will want their money’s worth, not the NEP dictated fantasy one. So, they logically decided, not that RPK was less newsworthy, but that Anwar was more. If you were going to recover your investment outlay of millions of dollars, who would you say is internationally more bankable, Anwar or RPK? Money talks, bullshit walks. QED! 

Then again, has Anwar ever denied RPK’s right to free speech? Has he gagged RPK from blogging, giving interviews or speaking his mind? 

Last I read MALAYSIAToday, RPK is alive and kickin’ swimmingly well, thank you!

LYNAS AND THE LYIN' ASS!

Every now and then an issue crops up that tests the expertise, character, strength and resolve of our nation's leadership in dealing with, and managing what has more than mere financial impact on the lives of citizens. 

How our Prime Minister deals with such a complex issue as the Lynas Project has a great bearing on what he and his BUMNO/BN colleagues think of us, and in what regard and esteem they hold the safety and general interests of the people who voted them into power, as well as those who did not.

On what has transpired so far, the vast majority of Malaysians will certainly form the opinion that PM Najib and the Cabinet hold us in utter contempt and disregard, for which reason alone we should vote BUMNO/BN out of Government in GE13. There are hundreds of other reasons why BUMNO/BN should be voted out. The vast array of financial frauds and scandals committed while this regime has been in power must constitute some sort of world record, when weightage is given to our relatively small population of 28 million!

Let me proceed with a simple outline on what the Lynas Project is all about, what the FACTS are and what the real issues are that should worry us ALL.

1. The Lynas Project is an approval given by the Malaysian Government, to an Australian company, Lynas Corporation, to ship into Malaysia unprocessed Rare Earth ore from its mining plant in Mount Weld in the state of Western Australia, have it industrially refined at their plant in Gebeng in Pahang State, and re-export the pure mineral back to Australia.
2.  Rare Earth refers to 17 rare chemical elements which are very valuable components in makings products ranging from nuclear batteries to lasers, powerful magnets, X-ray machines etc.
3. A huge drawback in mining Rare Earth is the common presence of radioactive Thorium and Uranium waste referred to as "Tailings." Radioactive contamination of course means certain death to humans who come into prolonged contact with it, while there are any number of studies which catalogue possible long-term effects such as cancer, premature and defective births etc.
   
4. Thorium in particular has a half-life of  about 14 billion years. This means that every 14 billion years, half of any radioactive Thorium tailings remaining will decay. To put it in proper context, our Universe is thought to be about 14 billion years old!
5. Therefore, the key issue is how to extract and where and how to store the radioactive Thorium tailings.
6. Rare Earth mining also involves the use of toxic acids which add to environmental issues.
7. 96% of the world's supply of expensive Rare Earth comes from China. Therefore, there are very rich pickings indeed in this industry in market share for new players.
8. Lynas Corp will invest perhaps RM 1 billion to set up its mining plant in Gebeng and provide employment to about 400 Malaysians. Lynas has disclosed that it has paid a "deposit" to our Government, rumoured to be about RM50 million though PM Najib has not disclosed any details about it. What we do know is that Lynas has been given Pioneer Status with 12 years tax exemption for its operations in Gebeng. Nice!
9. Lynas has of course added all the usual bells and whistles in its PR blitz justifying its venture into Malaysia - Zero radiation exposure, first class state-of-the-art technology, new international benchmarks for safety, environmental performance and shared values across the supply chain for a sustainable future.....ad infinitum.
10.  There is grave doubt anyone has sighted the Environment Impact Report (EIA) for this project. That's incredible given that radioactive chemicals and elements are involved!
11.  Mitsubishi Corp of Japan set up a Rare Earth plant in Bukit Merah in Perak in the 1980's, a project approved by none other than Dr.Mahathir. Mitsubishi has spent hundreds of millions of dollars clearing up the mess of the radioactive tailings. The cleaning up process is still not over, clearly indicating they had grossly underestimated the nature and scale of the problem.

12. Lynas Corp has not finalised where it intends to store the radioactive tailings from the Gebeng plant, despite which PM Najib and our Government have given Lynas Corp the go ahead to build its plant. What is interesting too is that the Australian Government has refused to grant Lynas Corp the right to return the radioactive tailings to anywhere in Australia from where it originated in the first place! Despite all PM's Najib assurances, it does not engender much confidence when Lynas Corp still talks about "If we cannot find a suitable waste disposal site for radioactive tailings in Malaysia.....then....ho hum....we will explore other possibilities..ho hum....". Basically, somewhere in Malaysia is still their main area for underground storage of radioactive tailings, despite PM Najib's statement that he and the Cabinet had looked at all safety aspects in approving the project!

Now let me ask some simple questions:

1. Why are PM Najib, the Cabinet and BUMNO/BN pursuing this highly controversial project given the Australian Government will not allow radioactive tailings to be shipped back to their own shores? 
2. More than that, why isn't Lynas Corp carrying out this project in Australia? I mean, yes, labour costs are cheaper in Malaysia, but surely the cost of setting up a new plant in Malaysia plus the logistics of shipping to and fro will make it cheaper to do the project Down Under? Lynas Corp's statements do not pass the smell test. Something stinks! They are deliberately hiding something about his project from us. 3. How did the Atomic Energy Licencising Board (AELB) Malaysia issue Lynas Corp a  Temporary Operating Licence (TOL) without an EIA Report or BEFORE Lynas Corp has finalised its proposal for disposal of radioactive tailings?
4.  Is there some kind of a Human Periodic Table where the safety and and lives of Malaysians are on a lower scale than that of Australians? 
5. Why have you not learnt from the disaster of the Bukit Merah Rare Earth project?

In the end PM Najib and BUMNO/BN have been seduced and blinded by money and PR spindoctoring talk of $4 billion "multiplier effect" on Malaysia's economy. 

They have been misdirected by spurious statistics. Note how they will always say that statistically, the probability is higher that you will die crossing the street than from nuclear radiation. As the saying goes, "There are lies, damned lies and statistics!" But when you, your family members, relatives and friends are the victims, then every statistic is 100%, damn it!

When some idiot at the AELB says the air around Gebeng will have zero radiaactive particles in it, that people can swim in it and PM Najib and BUMNO/BN parrot it as though it's the gospel truth, here's my proposal to them ALL:

Move your family, your children, parents and grandparents and house next door to the Lynas Corp plant in Mount Weld, Western Australia. If after 30 years you don't glow in the dark and have not contracted cancer, skin or lung disease or started petting three headed dogs and cats, why we'll all gladly approve the Gebeng mining operation. Not a day before!

Have you no respect for the sanctity of the life of Malaysian citizens, PM Najib? What are you? The Prime Minister of Australia or the Prime Minister of Malaysia? Are you saying the safety and lives of the people of Gebeng  are of secondary importance when compared with that of other Malaysians, not to mention foreigners? How many of them must die before you deem the situation "critical"?

Do remember that the planners and "experts" at Chernobyl, 3 Mile Island and Fukushima had also in the beginning issued certificates of fitness saying there was no danger of human error or of short or long-term disasters. Then when nature defies and confounds your 30-, 50- and 100 year statistics with its awesome unpredictable power, who pays for shoddy planning and oversights?

Anyway, PM Najib, go ahead. Make my day. Sanction Lynas Corp and its ill-advise and dangerous foray into Gebeng. This will be another nail in the coffin for yourself and BUMNO/BN.

It will assure your legacy soon enough, that of  being consigned to being no more than a mere footnote in Malaysian history!

And when Pakatan comes into power, we will close the Gebeng Rare Earth Plant down and pass the bill to you and your crony fraudtrepreneur friends and colleagues who will be made personally liable to put everything back in order as nature intended it.

MAHA FIRAUN AND TR, YOU OWE US PLENTY! WE'RE COMIN' AFTER YO ASS, BABY!

No, these are not famous quotes from the man dubbed 'Great Pharoah' or 'Maha Firaun'. They are priceless strings of malapropism and murder of the english language by that lovable, legendary and highly successful New York Yankees player and manager, Yogi Berra. But they could well be. And in dismissing the still rankling (with the Rakyat) financial gangsterism by which Diam Diam and Maha Firaun bailed out Mana Ada System Airlines at the height of the Asian financial crisis, we have all the classic Mahathirisms laid bare for us to dissect and see.

It has still not sunk into the psyche of Maha Firaun that it was a crime of the highest order to bailout MASA with some $2 billion of Taxpayers' money at $8 a share, when the KLSE quoted market price was $3.68!! Some ten years later, MASA's share price hovers at below $1.50!!?? And this, after repeated government bailouts of MASA over the years that has cost the Taxpayer between $10-$15 billion. There's no use BUMNO bloggers (as usual) pretending that because the figures are not reflected in MASA's balance sheet, that in never happened. It's there in the government's balance sheet for sure.

Only now has it dawned upon Khazanah that MASA's problems have always been with top management, the failed Bumiputra-only policy and championing of cronyism and non-meritocracy. Hopefully, the management talent from Air Asia will help turnaround MASA.

Maha Firaun's behaviour and words following the highly unacceptable "settlement" of Danaharta's $589 million loan recovery suit against one, TR, are instructive of what Maha Firaunism stands for. It would appear Danaharta wrote off the entire $589 million, allowing TR to get away scot free. We have also this unbelievable situation where there are several police reports by top ex-MASA management staff cataloguing alleged massive fraud by TR when in charge of MASA. Yet, Minister for Foot in Mouth, Nazi, issued a highly illegal directive to all Government Losing Concerns to withdraw all suits against TR, with the laughable excuse that TR's $13 billion counter suits could cost the Taxpayer plenty. 

There is poker, bluff, counter bluff and false bravado. The government holds ALL the trump cards which clearly tells us that Nazi's pathetic cop out is nothing more an extension of Maha Firaunism. It's, "FU, I dare you to do anything about it," in the face of the Rakyat! He's daring us to challenge him, thinking we are helpless.

And what is this aspect of Maha Firaunism that I speak of?

It is the promulgation of a culture of deceit, fraud, corruption and utter dishonesty at top government level. It makes Bernie Madhoff look a rank amateur. It has become the culture of BUMNO/BN. This is why BUMNO/BN is disintegrating at the seams and why they will be wiped out at GE 13. It did not happen overnight. It started the day Maha Firaun became PM of this country.

Let us just list a few of the losses the Taxpayer incurred under Maha Firaun: 

1. $30 billion forex losses in Bank Negara in the early '90's. Bank Negara Malaysia governor Jaafar Hussein resigned. Chief forex Trader Nor Mohd Yakcop who was asked to leave BNM is now Minister in Prime Minister's Department as head of Economic Plundering Unit!!
2. MASA various bailouts - $10-$15 billion.
3. London Tin Council losses - $6 billion.
4. Bailouts of Renong/UEM - $3 billion.
5. Crooked Bridge - $750 million.
6. Perkapalan (owned by Maha Fiarun's son) by Petronas - $2 billion.
7. Proton rescue by Petronas - $1 billion.
8. 6 patrol boats contract awarded to Amin Shah Omar Shah/PSC Dockyard - $ 5 billion.

It is fortunate that Maha Firaun was a big fish in a small pond. Had he been born in USA, he would have easily surpassed Bush and Poulsen's $700 billion fraudulent bailout of Wall Street, the $3 Trillion budget deficit and bakrupted the whole world in the process. Of that, there can be little doubt. We should be grateful to God for small mercies.

And look at what his response is when challenged about the MASA bailout and Danaharta's surrender to crony TR. He asks why we pick on him. He fumes and points at ex-PM Abdullah Badawi and accuses him of losing $7 billion when he cancelled Maha Firaun's proposed NS double-tracking railway project. 

Huh? That cancellation cost us $7 billion? Anyone heard of it? That's typical Maha Firaun misdirection. Under Maha Firaun, that project started off at $42 billion, was reduced to $28 billion and finally awarded to Sime Darby for $18 billion. Just when it was thought it was game over, Syed Mokhtar Bukhary pitched in with an offer of $14 billion while it was rumoured in the market that he was looking to close a deal for sub-contracting it out at $9 billion!!?? Wtf? Good Lord, how many and how much fraud can there be in one project?

"I never blame myself when I'm not hitting. I just blame the bat and if it keeps up, I change bats. After all, if I know it isn't my fault that I'm not hitting, how can I get mad at myself?"

That's classic Yogi Berra again, and again it could well be classic Maha Firaunism It's never his fault when we lose big. It's always to his credit when we win - Twin Towers, KL Tower, KLIA. 

WE THE PEOPLE need to send a clear and strong message to Mahathir, Abdullah Badawi and Najib Tun Razak. In the real world we hold all professionals responsible for their actions. We call this fiduciary duty or duty of care. We hold doctors, lawyers, accountants, investment bankers and advisers, teachers and others responsible for their negligent actions taken in the course of executing their duties to paying customers. This is also happening in USA and Europe in the corporate sector. Main Street has had enough of this kind of fraud. No longer can top CEO's profit and walk away with $ millions in compensation while leaving a sunken ship behind and consigning to bankrupcy and oblivion the lives of thousand of workers.

In the same vein, we should mount multiple class action suits against Maha Firaun and wayward politicians for their utter negligence in gambling wantonly with billions of dollars of the Rakyat's Reserves. We need to do this not only to bring Maha Firaun to book, but also to warn Najib Tun Razak that it cannot continue his regime. There is strong suspicion that this kind of massive economic gangsterism, corruption, stealing, theft and fraud is continuing right now. The $7 billion Banting-Taiping Toll Highway, $2.2 billion Kidex Toll Highway awarded to companies owned by BUMNO/BN lawyers and the wife of an ex-CJ, $250 million Cowgate Project, $53 billion MRT project etc. all seem to have elements of being tainted. We must prevent this Maha Firaun sick culture from continuing to thrive.

Too many contract worth again, billion of dollars, are being awarded behind closed doors in an atmosphere of secrecy, non-transparency and unaccountability. Crony politics, economics and business continue to thrive. The national debt, excluding contingency liabilities and guarantees, stands at a record 54% of GDP. No doubt, 96% of this is local debt as opposed to foreign debt, but it still has to be paid and should not become a millstone around the necks of future generations.

Yogi Berra - "It's like deja-vu, all over again." Isn't it, though? Maha Firaunism continues to haunt us.

Yogi Berra - "It ain't over till it's over." 

Yes, it ain't over. Pakatan leaders and lawyers take note. This is the way out. Slay the beast. File your multiple class action legal suits tomorrow. Hold all these sons of a bitches accountable for their gross and criminal negligence of their duty of care.  Give them no peace.

Pakatan, let all these Firauns and their adherents, including all the fraudtrepreneurs created under the NEP, Bumiputra or not, know that you will come after them with an RCI when you form the Government. There is no forgiving or forgetting. Justice must be seen to be done,and prevail. Then, we'll talk about peace and reconciliation.

Yes, Maha Firaun and your ilk. It ain't over till its over. We're comin after yo ass, baby!
