KIDNAPPED PASTOR RAYMOND'S SON FEARS FATHER DEAD, CRIES FOR ACTION & JUSTICE, MY HEART BLEEDS! WHAT GAMES ARE THE IGP & NAJIB GOVT PLAYING?

There are times you want to keep out of domestic religious controversies, given that many in Malaysia are possessed of a siege mentality where Islam is concerned. However, what happened recently is so dangerous and outrageous that no one should keep quiet and allow the rottenness to fester further.

Especially not, when PM Najib, Deputy PM & Home Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi and the BN Cabinet continue to wine and dine the dangerous Zakir Naik who is wanted in India for radicalising Muslim youth, making hate speech and suspected of being involved in terrorist activities. Zakir, who was also banned in UK, Canada and Bangladesh, has apparently been granted PR in Malaysia. In India, he is being investigated too for massive accounting fraud and money-laundering.

Najib and his government of thieves do not seem to have learnt anything from Malaysia granting 17 years of shelter to Indonesian Abu Bakar Bashir who was convicted of terrorism in 2005 and was responsible for many an innocent death, especially 14 in the 2002 Bali bombing. Or, from the fact that Malaysia has seen a few thousand radicalised Malay-Muslims go fight on the side of the Taliban ans ISIS, and  produced some of the top terrorist bomb-makers like Azahari!

On Monday 13th February 2017, Pastor Raymong Koh, 62, was kidnapped from his silver Honda Civic ST 5515 D, in broad daylight in Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Selangor between 10.31:42 and 10.32:39 a.m. At least five men in ski-masks were involved in the kidnapping. Later that day, the pastor's family handed over to the police CCTV camera footage which showed:

1. The involvement of 7 vehicles in the abduction, including several SUVs, a Toyota Alphard and two motorcycles.

2. The military-like precision with which the kidnapping was executed.

3. With chilling coolness, the kidnappers getting down from their vehicles to direct traffic as they made their escape!

In 2011, JAIS (Jabatan Agama Islam Selangor or the Selangor Islamic Religious Department) raided, without search warrants, a church thanksgiving and fund-raising dinner at the DUMC (Damansara Utama Methodist Church), alleging Muslims were being converted to Christianity. JAIS was subsequently unable to produce a shred of evidence to substantiate its Draconian action against Pastor Raymond's NGO, Harapan Komunity which had organised the event. CLICK HERE.

Following Pastor Raymond's abduction, there has been considerable speculation in social media, twitter, online news portals and blogs that the kidnapping was in retaliation for the humiliation JAIS suffered from the 2011 raid, a disaster of its own making. Then, former Selangor Exco-member Hasan Ali had raised the temperature with his ill-advised rhetoric and false claims.

What is even more incredible is that the Inspector General of Police, Khalid Abu Bakar (IGP), finally got around to announcing a 'Task Force' to look into the kidnapping, only some 10 days AFTER the police had in their possession what must, by all accounts of STAR journalists, be a clear recording of the event!

So, it's clear the IGP is playing games. It would take no more than one hour for the police to identify the owners of the kidnappers' vehicles. Yet, till today, there has not been a peep from the IGP or the authorities. More startlingly, there has been no statement on this heinous crime from Home & Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, PM Najib or a single UMNO/BN Minister!

Such apparent inaction and blackout by the authorities and government, suggests, at best, a cover-up; at worst a conspiracy by rogue JAIS officers and fundamental extremists. The fact that the kidnappers have yet to contact the pastor's family or demand any ransom suggests very dark motives and that the worse fate may have befallen the pastor.

What we are witnessing is an IGP unwilling to act, and participating in a blatant cover-up to somehow prevent the global condemnation that is bound to follow when the truth emerges. Given the assassination at KLIA, on 13th February too, of N.Korean Kim Jong-nam, this kidnapping could not have occurred at a worst moment for PM Najib and UMNO/BN, with the General Election looming on the horizon.

Exposes by WSJ, Sarawak Report and AS have proven him a serial liar who is mainly responsible for the RM42 billion fraud at 100% state-owned 1MDB. Much of the looted money has ended up in Najib and Rosmah's own back-pockets!

We are witnessing a dangerous totalitarian, Hitler/Stalin/Mao regime in its death throes. That is why the IGP is unable to see clear his duties to the citizens. Instead he is acting to protect thieves, looters, defrauders, con men, kidnappers and murderers out of a false notion of what Islam is. This is the same IGP who first snubbed a High Court order, then when ordered by the Federal Court, still stubbornly refuses to arrest poor Indira Gandhi's Indian husband, Muhammad Riduan Abdullah aka K.Pathmanathan, who kidnapped their children and converted them illegally to Islam! So, we know the type of paralysis that grips the IGP's mind!

When all is said and done, and when the government of the day which the Citizens consented to and empowered to rule, refuses to do what is right, everyone of us who has a conscience, must act or be prepared to lose everything - house, home, family, children, wealth, status, welfare, law, order, honour, integrity, FREEDOM and LIFE!

Do not just read this blog post and walk away shrugging your shoulders and saying that nothing can be done. Call, email, sms, tweet, do whatever it takes to contact your State Assemblyman/ADUN or MP  and get them to petition the IGP, Home Minister, Najib and government for action and answers.

We must bring to book all those responsible for Pastor Raymond's fate as soon as possible. Collectively, we can crush this government of serial liars, thieves, thugs, fascist Gestapo Nazis, defrauders, looters, plunderers and murderers!

The ringing tone and straight face with which Chief Secretary to the Government Ali Hamsa defended his team of 1.6 million civil serpents, surely deserves some kind of award. But if corruption is not endemic and epidemic in the civil serpent service:

1. How could two top civil serpents in Sabah have been caught by the MACC with $114 million in cash and jewellery and luxury goods, just a few days ago?

2. Why were top officials at DBKL and a bank arrested for having unaccounted and declared wealth amounting to tens of millions of ringgit a month ago?

3. Why did Ali Hamsa willingly help serially lying, defrauding, plundering and looting PM & Finance Minister Najib in illegally breaking up the 5-Tan Sri Task Force investigating the massive $46 billion fraud at 1MDB? Not to mention $2.6 billion "Arab Royalty donation" misappropriated from 1MDB and $42 million stolen by Najib from SRC, of which $2 million was paid to Ahmad Mazlan, $1 million to Shahrir, $3 million for Najib's personal credit card expenses, $1 million for Najib and Rosmah's anti-ageing pills and cream, holiday and shopping expenses etc.?

4. Why did Ali Hamsa willingly help Najib Unconstitutionally and illegally sack ex-Attorney General Gani Patail on the false grounds that Patail was suffering from such a serious kidney problem that he could not discharge his duties properly?

It was Ali Hamsa who met a shocked Gani Patail on 27 July 2015 to inform him of his instant sacking and walk him out of his office in Putrajaya under police escort.

Why did he not follow the civil service SOP by invoking a board of inquiry where Patail would have had the opportunity to defend himself? And now Patail is still healthy enough to work in his own private law practice office???!!

5. How could Ali Hamsa, and especially MoF Chief Secretary Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah, claim they should not be sacked for the $46 billion fraud at 1MDB and SRC when both are 100% government and MoF owned subsidiary companies? What exactly were their priorities - worrying about the future of kucing kurap (small fry) kacang putih, nasi lemak, kayu and mamak stalls and restaurants?

6. What about the $30 billion MoF borrowed from EPF to fund so-called private finance initiative projects i.e. PPFI, another 100% MoF owned company. Why have Ali Hamsa and Serigar refused to make public the names of so-called Bumiputra contractors and the projects they completed? Why have they classified them under the Official Secrets Act? And why is the government funding private finance projects and the Bumiputra Contractors Association not know anything about them?

7. How come the $50 million smuggled in 2012 from Switzerland via Hong Kong by Sabah CM Musa Aman's runner Michael Chia was dismissed as "UMNO donation by overseas businessmen" by Najib and Musa, and the MACC folded up its investigation, no further questions asked?

The massive corruption arising from kickbacks to UMNO by timber concessionaires and exporters has been exposed by Sarawak Report, yet Ali Hamsa claims there was no corruption throughout Malaysia in the civil service? CLICK HERE. Did he not read Bruno Manser Funds MD Lukas Straumann's book 'Money Logging: On The Trail of The Asian Timber Mafia'? CLICK HERE. They do not know about former Sarawak's Taib and his multi-tens of billion wealth accumulated on the salary of a Chief Minister?

No prime minister can pocket billions of ringgit from 100% owned MoF companies without the chief secretary of the ministry or the chief secretary to the government knowing about it. All indications are that they also willingly participated in the highway robbery, profited from it and are helping Najib to cover up the disgusting illegal misdeeds. Movements of these massive sums of money in and out of the country could not have taken place without the central bank, Bank Negara (BNM), being aware of it. And BNM answers to the MOF and Finance Minister (Serigar and Najib).

The Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) questioned ex-BNM governor Zeti about why on three occasions between 2102-2015 she refused to entertain officers from Arab Malaysia Development Bank (AMDB)who went to see her about these billions of ringgit that were flowing in and out of PM Najib's personal bank accounts. She hid behind banking secrecy laws and "no comment"!!

The man who voiced his concerns to BNM, founder of AMDB Group, Hussain Najadi, was shot dead in broad daylight in KL in 2013. Who and how will those responsible for this heinous murder compensate Hussein's son Pascal Najadi for the permanent loss of a beloved father? CLICK HERE. Pascal has taken his fight for justice to the United Nations, as he sees no avenues for justice in a top-down completely corrupted police and judiciary set-up in Malaysia!!

MERCEDES BENZ BULLSHIT FROM LIM GUAN ENG, CHIEF MINISTER OF PENANG! PAKATAN CHIEF MINISTERS TALKINGCOCK.CON!

It pains, saddens and grieves me to openly criticize Pakatan leaders, especial those who have somewhat demonstrated that corruption does not have to be an integral part of Malaysian politics and State and Federal Goverments procurement contracts and dealings. This is also the same leadership in Selangor and Penang that, between 2008 and pre-GE 2013 brought in vastly superior (as compared to UMNO/BN) and improved measures of openness, transparency and accountability in their administration, financial dealings and economic programmes. More than that, with their record FDI's and financial surpluses which were never achieved in 51 years (since 1957) under UMNO/BN crookedness, they won the admiration not only of the Auditor-General for good governance, but more importantly, accolades and bouquets from the Rakyat (citizens), including many from non-Pakatan States.

Sadly, since GE 2013, the wheels seem to coming off the chugging trains of the Chief Ministers of Selangor and Penang. Their actions and body language since being voted in for a second term of office are disturbing, and more worryingly, suspicious. They seem to have lost the plot. Incredibly, Pakatan has not organized a united public protest against the staggering increase in cost of living, premature introduction of GST (and a 6% rate) in an undeveloped economy or still leaden-footedness of the Election Commission in correcting and up-dating the electoral roll, not to mention a partisan police and MACC, all directly attributable to PM Najib's inept premiership and UMNO/BN Machiavellian manipulations.

Selangor CM Khalid Ibrahim was a bulwark against the Federal Government's 10-year lobbying and machinations to ram through the Langat 2 Water Treatment Plan Project, a (still) much unwanted and redundant $8 billion proposal (surely for the benefit of a UMNO/BN and their cronies) to channel water from Pahang to Selangor, where it rains 365 days a year! He became a folk-hero for standing up to an obscene proposal by Syabas to increase water tariffs in Selangor by 35%, despite not complying with many contractual obligations such as reducing water wastage and pilferage. Puncak and Syabas's $5-$10 million a year CEO and UMNO crony, Rozali Ismail, who was also recently paid an incredible ex-gratia sum of $20 million before GE13, and then had his Chairmanship extended for a further 5 years, had to repeatedly rely on Federal Government bailouts/loans running to over $1 billion to keep Syabas afloat.

Post GE 2013, Khalid is now talking about palaver and smoking the peace pipe with Najib's Government of Thieves about the Langat 2 Plant. More than that, he is proposing to burden the Rakyat with stratospheric pay rises (some as much as 200%-350%) for Exco members and Assemblymen by dishonestly and nonsensically (and non-transparenly) comparing pay for political and state administration jobs with "equivalent" private sector pay scales. (Pray tell, what exactly are the private sector equivalent jobs and pay of the Speaker and Deputy Speaker, who work less than 6 months a year, and Assemblymen who also receive pay as MP's and for directorships in GLC's?). 

Khalid has also demonstrated poor timing and acute insensitivity at this juncture when the masses are reeling from one price hike to another engineered by PM Najib who is pathetically manoeuvring like a cornered rat, to cover up utter maladministration by UMNO/BN for over 30 years, by passing the buck to the Rakyat. PM Najib and his Government of Thieves are in panic and complete disarray over a record National Debt exceeding $540 billion, which doubled during Najib's leadership commencing 2008! They are hoping against hope that some major miracle will bail them out, after being put on international watch by the World Bank, IMF and rating agencies like Fitch. This is a $540 billion public debt that any UMNO/BN will NEVER, I repeat, NEVER, be able to extinguish, and it will burden future generations for a very, very long time!

And Khalid is now proposing to be pally-wally with Najib's criminally inept regime? Wtf is going on??!!

To add insult to injury, now Chief Minister of Penang, Lim Guan Eng has gone out and got himself a brand new $300,000 Mercedes Benz, after having being satisfied with a Camry since 2008! What gives? Do these Chief Ministers think their job is done despite being some distance away from seizing the jewel-in-the-crown, Putrajaya?

No doubt, it's his legal entitlement. But this is the same Lim Guan Eng who in 2008 flayed the UMNO/BN Trengganu Government for its profligacy in buying 14 Mercedes Benz limos for $3.42 million (or about $245,000 per car). As reported on 25/07/2008 in The Edge:

"It is not wise of the Trengganu state government to spend RM3.42 million to buy 14 Mercedes Benz E200 Kompressor limousines, especially at a time when the people are reeling from rising living costs. Instead, moderation should have been exercised. Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng, who expressed these views to the press yesterday, however, agreed that the quality of a Mercedes Benz was better than that of a Proton Perdana V6 Executive. The Benz’s maintenance costs were also lower. He said that the Penang state government had cancelled the order for five new Perdanas worth over RM600,000 and decided to use existing vehicles. We decided to make do with what we have to save cost as long as the car can move and reach the destination. Even the state secretary (Datuk Jamaludin Hassan) had complained that the Perdana has incessant gearbox problems and a leaking roof but that should not be an excuse to splurge. They could have even purchased Toyotas. They are the leading car brand in the world, overtaking even General Motors and are much cheaper than Mercedes Benz,” said Lim. He said Umno should practise what it preached. Umno must do something about this. Its leaders are living luxuriously while the people are suffering.”

This is the same Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng who in his usual smarmy brycreemed Pontiff style also preached to UMNO/BN, claiming open admiration for the simple lifestyle of 7 CE Caliph, Umar ibn Abdul Aziz:

"As a leader, He is known to be extremely pious and is disdainful of luxuries. He preferred simplicity, depositing all assets and finery meant for the caliph into the public treasury. He abandoned the caliph's palace to the family of Suleiman and instead preferred to live in modest dwellings. He wore rough linens instead of royal robes, and often went unrecognized Rulers usually appoint people to watch over their subjects."

Hypocrisy and double standards? You betcha!

How then do we take to task Najib and Rosmah for their  $180 million Airforce One abuse of power, when Pakatan's leaders too seem to putting their snouts to the trough and being seduced by glitz and glitter? How do we take the higher moral ground against UMNO/BN, when these Pakatan leaders forget the huge element of service that goes with the job and territory of Chief Ministers and politicians, for which the reward is public respect, admiration, adulation and a place in the history books, not obscene Singapore Minister-like three million dollar a year salaries and entitlement to platinum service?

Lim Guan Eng should not take voter-patience and support for granted. If they can vote him in, they can equally vote him out. And this man, (and some close aides in his administration too), has, in the last year or two, made some major mistakes and embarrassing statements and had to back-track and apologise publicly for them, after UMNO/BN-like, first hotly disputing he had done or said anything wrong. The fiasco over the DAP's Central Executive Election (CEC) last year should put LGE on alert that he is not quite a Mandela, and that in fact he has a long way ago. He has single-handedly given UMNO/BN via the shameless Registrar of Societies (ROS) the very weapons to deregister DAP!

There is also much disquiet in Penang and beyond over some of Lim Guan Eng's decisions over what is perceived as unbridled and rabid real estate development, the environmental costs of which will come home to roost and haunt Penangites in the years to come. There is suspicion that the Chief Minister has been supping with the same conscienceless bunch of tycoons who have been bank-rolling UMNO/BN the last 30 years by wilfully inflating contract costs. Granted that, with an evil and crooked Federal Government hell-bent on undermining and strangling Penang, LGE is having a tough time steering his ship through shark-infested waters. But that goes with the territory! However, he has to be more consultative and transparent, and less appearing to be a Caesar. E.g. If land contra deals have been done with China companies for undersea tunnels and highways at market valuations, then why are they allowed to collect tolls? We are sick and fed-up to the eyeteeth with UMNO/BN (since 1987) illegally and unconstitutionally classifying all Toll Highway contracts under the Official Secrets Act, making instant billionaires of worthless cronies/real traitors and burdening the Rakyat with contractually built-in toll increases (or taxpayer compensation in lieu of) despite a huge increase in highways traffic. And now Guan Eng wants to tread the same path?

The point is also that we continue to believe in Pakatan; our support for it is not diminished by the strange post-GE 2013 behaviour, indiscretion, hypocrisy, insensitivity and PR goofs of some Pakatan Chief Ministers. However, we do not wish to have to choose between the lesser of two evils. We wish to have the best government ever to replace the wayward and thieving regime of UMNO/BN. In that respect, I would quote Umar ibn Abdul Aziz:

"I appoint you a watcher over me and my behaviour. If you find me at fault in word or action guide me and stop me from doing it."

We, the PEOPLE, service notice on Lim Guan Eng and Khalid Ibrahim that we have been watching you. We hereby service notice that your professionalism, honesty and integrity is seriously found wanting. Change or be changed permanently. Do not wear our patience thin! Lim Guan Eng, return the Mercedes or pay for it from your own pocket if you so desperately desire it. And don't ever quote Umar ibn Abdul Aziz ever again. We expect the leaders we support to walk the talk and not indulge in bullshit doublespeak, double standards and ugly, hypocritical behaviour or talkingcock.con.

SNOUTS TO THE TROUGH! MB KHALID & SELANGOR GOVERNMENT BETRAY PAKATAN VOTERS OVER UNBELIEVABLE PAY RISE!

Make no mistake. The astronomical pay rise approved for Selangor State Assemblymen and Exco is an unbelievable betrayal of the trust placed by voters in Pakatan and its leadership. If MB Khalid had the balls, he would have tabled the proposal in Pakatan's manifesto for voter approval at the 2013 General Elections. But by ramming it through using Pakatan majority in Selangor so soon after the GE where not a peep was mentioned, Khalid and his greedy administration have proven themselves worse than Prime Minister Najib and his Government of Thieves. To be stabbed again and again by your enemies is one thing, but to be stabbed by your so-called allies? Et tu, Brute?

Under the new salary structure, the pay of assemblymen will be upped 87% from RM6,000 to RM11,250 a month, the Speaker from RM6,109.29 to RM22,500 (268%), and the deputy Speaker from RM3,327.50 to RM15,750 (373%). The salary of exco members will go up 231% from RM6,109.29 to RM20,250 while the Mentri Besar will have a pay rise of 106.4% from RM14,175 to RM29,250. The Speaker is Hannah Yeoh while her deputy is Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad.

This is the same kind of callous administration that led to the French Revolution of 1789-1799 where the elite shoved their snots to the trough, while sneeringly advising the masses to tighten their belts, and "eat cake". When the masses revolted, the world order changed forever! 

This rape of the Selangor gravy train while the going is good is being justified by the likes of Hannah Yeoh (of Subang Jaya) demanding that salaries for top posts in state government be linked to executive pay in Public Listed Companies (PLC) and Multi-National Corporations (MNC). This kind of self-serving highway robbery and thievery fails to take into account that:

1. No special qualifications or experience are required of politicians standing for office. Try getting a top sales director's or CEO's job in a PLC with just an 'O' or 'A' level qualification or no working track record!

 

2. The Pakatan administration has only been in office for 5 years, and in no PLC or MNC that I know of anywhere in the world do they award average pay rises of the order of 20%-80% per year. If any PLC or MNC had this kind of wage policy, it would go bankrupt before you could say "Khalid Ibrahim".

3. Executive pay rises in PLC's and MNC's are always linked to performance. There is no job security there. If you fail, you are shown the door immediately. More than that, in politics, there is the service element. Therefore, in linking executive pay in the public sector to that in the private sector, one has to lop off at least a hefty 40% from "equivalent" private sector pay structures.

4. If anyone in the the Selangor administration, including MB Khalid and Hannah Yeoh, thinks they can secure a top job paying $30,000 and $22,500 per month (excluding other perks and benefits such as company car, entertaining allowance etc.) in a PLC or MNC, ask them to apply and see where they get to at their age. Let us see how far up the corporate ladder they can get, with real competition for jobs. If law practices and medicine can generate a high pay for these Selangor politicians, let them work there. We want politicians who place serving the people as their highest priorities, and not those hoping to get rich in office!

It is galling for the ordinary people to swallow this kind of drivel coming from Khalid, Hannah Yeoh, Azmin Ali et al at a time when the citizens are daily being trodden over by PM Najib who is intent on passing the buck to the citizens for the gross corruption, fraud, maladministration and thievery perpetrated on us by BUMNO/BN for the last 30 years. Najib, having been warned by the IMF, World Bank and international rating agencies such as Fitch, is now forcing the Rakyat to bear the cost of the all-time record-high national debt of RM530 billion, which is largely due to Najib's own profligacy. RM 7.2 billion in consultancy fees and funding Perkasa? Has there been a worst PM and traitor in Malaysia?

How can any sane administration even think of such huge pay rises for politicians when the citizens' wallets are daily being mugged by higher electricity, toll, transport, health, education and food prices and costs, not to mention the increase in cost of living that will inevitably be caused by the introduction of GST in 2015? Najib does not care, BUMNO/BN does not care and now, the Selangor government does not care because, with the fanciful salaries and perks that these mollycoddled politicians and elite enjoy, they are well insulated from the staggering increase in cost of living that is plaguing the rest of our nation.

I challenge MB Khalid to call for a referendum on the single issue of this obscene pay hike and see if Pakatan voters will support him. Where on earth do employees of a company determine their own salary levels and increments? Do you have the cojones, Khalid?
